During the conversation, Rohini asked the journalist, "Please tell me how many hours and days daughters should stay at their parents' home." During the conversation, Rohini told the journalist that she had come at the invitation of her brother, Tejashwi Yadav.

Sharing the video of the conversation, Rohini wrote in her post, "Those who want to do something in the name of Lalu ji, should stop showing false sympathy and instead come forward to donate their kidneys to the millions of poor people who are counting their last breaths in hospitals and need kidneys. They should donate their kidneys in the name of Lalu ji. Those who are calling the married daughter who donated her kidney to her father wrong should muster courage and have an open debate with that daughter on an open platform."
