Users will be able to set a photo of a contact card saved in their phone's address book on WhatsApp. This change will be limited to the user only, meaning other WhatsApp users will not see this image. This will make it easier to identify contacts. Currently, this feature has been rolled out to a select group of beta users.
When will this feature come for other users?
According to reports, WhatsApp has currently rolled out this feature to some beta users on iOS. Based on their feedback, some changes may be made. After this, it will be rolled out to users in a phased manner. It's important to note that Meta has not yet officially announced anything about this.
