India and England's first T20 match tomorrow

The Indian team's tour of England begins on July 1st. The first T20I between India and England will be played tomorrow at Chester-le-Street. India's playing XI for this match remains a topic of debate. Will Vaibhav Suryavanshi get a chance to debut? Will any batsman or bowler be left out of the playing XI after the 0-2 loss against Ireland? The team management will face many such questions.

Will Vaibhav Suryavanshi make his debut?

Before the T20 series against Ireland, captain Shreyas Iyer and batting coach Sitanshu Kotak said that Vaibhav is undoubtedly a great cricketer, but he may have to wait for his debut. Now, Indian team assistant coach Ryan ten Doeschate has reiterated the same sentiment.

Ryan ten Doeschate said, "There's no doubt that Vaibhav Suryavanshi is ready to play international cricket. But he can't be replaced by Sanju Samson, who played a major role in India's T20 World Cup win three months ago. Samson also had a good IPL season. It's important to instill confidence in players."

His statement makes it clear that at least there is very little chance of Vaibhav getting a chance to debut in the first T20 match against England.

Washington Sundar is back.

Suryansh Shedge made his international debut in the second T20I against Ireland, but he failed to impress with either the bat or the ball. It's possible that Washington Sundar, based on his experience, could return to the playing XI for the tough challenge against England.

Jasprit Bumrah has returned, so Gurnur Brar and Prasidh Krishna may be dropped from the playing XI. Jasprit Bumrah , Arshdeep Singh, and Harshit Rana could handle the fast bowling duties in the first T20 against England .
