Instead of throwing away the ginger leftover from tea, you can make a delicious and spicy ginger chutney. It's easy to make and tastes great with food.

Ginger Chutney Recipe
Ginger is used in most homes to make tea. People love ginger tea, especially in the winter. However, after the tea is made, people often discard the ginger left in the pot, thinking it's useless. If you do this, consider it a good idea to stop next time.
Ginger used in tea can be repurposed into a delicious chutney. This chutney will enhance the flavor of your meal and doesn't require many ingredients. With a few spices and a few simple ingredients, you can make a spicy ginger chutney at home.
First, prepare the ginger.
To make ginger chutney, first remove any remaining ginger from the tea. Ensure it is free of tea leaves or excess milk. Lightly rinse the ginger with water and then chop it into small pieces. If the ginger is soft enough, it can be used directly. To enhance the flavor of the chutney, add some green chilies, garlic, and coriander. Prepare all these ingredients and set them aside.
Add these ingredients for chutney.
Combine ginger with green chilies, garlic, and a little coriander leaves. Add salt, a little roasted cumin, and lemon juice to taste. If you like your chutney a little sour, you can increase the amount of lemon. Similarly, those who prefer a more spicy taste can also increase the amount of green chilies. All these ingredients will enhance the flavor of the chutney.
Grind all the ingredients and make chutney.
Now put all the prepared ingredients in a mixer and grind them. Don't make the chutney too thin; a little thicker will taste better. You can add a little water as needed. After grinding the chutney, transfer it to a bowl and sprinkle some lemon juice or roasted cumin seeds on top. This will enhance its flavor.
Serve this way with food.
This ginger chutney can easily be served with meals. It can be eaten with parathas, pakoras, samosas, kachoris, or even dal-rice. If you like spicy food, this chutney can enhance the taste of your meal. The best part is that the ginger left over after making tea will be used up and won't have to be thrown away.
