Election Commission: Rahul Gandhi alleged fraud in the voter list for the Haryana elections. The Election Commission has responded to Rahul's allegations.

Congress MP and Leader of the Opposition Rahul Gandhi once again raised the issue of vote theft. He held a press conference on Wednesday (November 5). During the press conference, Rahul stated that rigging occurred during the Haryana Assembly elections. The Election Commission has provided important information regarding Rahul's allegations. Sources indicate that no appeals were filed by the Congress party during the elections. If Rahul had any concerns, he could have presented his views at that time.
In Haryana, only 22 election petitions are currently pending in the High Court regarding 90 assembly seats. According to the rules, any party candidate can file an appeal if they believe there has been a discrepancy in the voter list or the election, but the Congress party has not filed a single appeal.
What did the Election Commission say on rigging in the assembly elections?
According to the rules, if a candidate has a problem with the election results, they can approach the High Court. Twenty-two appeals related to the Haryana elections are pending in the High Court. The Election Commission questioned the matter, asking what Congress polling agents were doing at polling stations. If a voter had already cast their vote or if the polling agent had doubts about the voter's identity, they should have filed an objection.
What did the Election Commission say about fake voters?
The Election Commission has also responded to the issue of fake voters. The Commission questioned, " Why did the Congress BLA not raise any claims or objections during the revision to avoid multiple names ? Even if these were fake voters , how can it be said that they voted for the BJP?"
