If you do this continuously for 3 to 4 months, then gradually the deficiency of Vitamin B12 in your body will be cured.

  • Eat meat, dairy products (milk, cheese, yogurt), eggs, fish (salmon, tuna), vitamin B12 rich cereals and pulses.
  • To overcome the deficiency of Vitamin B12, you can consume fig water. 
  • Walnuts help in the absorption of B12. Dried apricots are rich in vitamin B12. 
  • Almonds are a rich source of protein and healthy fats. Instead of taking vitamin B12 supplements, you can soak four to five almonds and consume them.
  • Chia seeds and flax seeds fulfill the deficiency of vitamin B12 and improve metabolism. 
  • If you cannot afford expensive dry fruits, then consume peanuts. It fulfills the deficiency of B12. 
  • Dried dates or whole dates can fulfill the deficiency of vitamin B12.
