Bihar: Motihari police and NIA team took joint action and arrested Kashmir Singh Glavaddy alias Balbir Singh, a Khalistani terrorist with a reward of Rs 10 lakh on his head. A case has been registered against the accused in the capital Delhi. The accused is a resident of Ludhiana, Punjab.
Bihar, Sujit Pathak: Amid the tension between India and Pakistan, Motihari police and NIA team achieved a big success on Sunday evening from Motihari district of Bihar. Both the teams conducted a joint operation and arrested Kashmir Singh Glavaddy alias Balbir Singh, a Khalistani terrorist with a reward of Rs 10 lakh on his head.
A case has been registered against the terrorist in New Delhi
Let us inform you that the NIA has got this success against the wanted accused in NIA Case No. RC-37/2022/NIA/DLI dated 20.08.2022 registered under Sections 120-B, 121, 121-A of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 17, 18, 18-B and 38 of the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act, 1967 at NIA Police Station, New Delhi.
The terrorist is from Ludhiana
After the arrest of the terrorist, Motihari Police and National Investigation Agency (NIA) team are interrogating Khalistani terrorist Kashmir Singh Galvadi alias Balbir Singh. In the year 2022, NIA had announced a reward of 10 lakhs on Balbir Singh. A case has been registered against Balbir Singh under sections 120-B, 121, 121-A of the Indian Penal Code and sections 17, 18, 18-B and 38 of the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act, 1967. Kashmir Singh Galvadi alias Balbir Singh is a native of Ludhiana. A case has been registered against him related to the conspiracy hatched by Khalistan Liberation Front, Babbar Khalsa International and The International Sikh Youth Federation to wage war against the country.
