- First of all go to the Sanchar Saathi website.
- Here click on the option “Know Your Mobile Connections”.
- Enter the phone number and also enter the captcha code.
- Login by entering the OTP received on your phone number.
- The complete list of SIM cards running in your name will be shown.
Do this when an unknown number shows up
If you see a number in the list which you do not know, then click on it. After this, click on the option “This number is not mine”, after tapping on submit, save the “Request ID”. After this, the telecom company will investigate and if it is fake, the SIM will be deactivated.
