Schools to Remain Closed for Four Consecutive Days During Holi

Students across multiple states are in for a treat as schools are set to remain closed for four consecutive days during Holi 2025. With Holika Dahan on March 13 and Holi on March 14, followed by a weekend holiday on March 15 (Saturday) and March 16 (Sunday), schools will resume on March 17 (Monday).

Official Holiday Announcement in Uttar Pradesh

In Uttar Pradesh, schools will observe a four-day break from March 13 to March 16. The Uttar Pradesh Basic Education Council has issued an official order confirming the holidays, following a request from Legislative Council member Babu Lal Tiwari.
