- Ingredients - Take water in a pot and mix black sesame seeds, barley and kusha in it.
- Direction – Sit facing south.
- Mantra for offering water - While meditating on the ancestors, offer water with the help of your thumb and chant the mantra "Om Pitrubhyaah Swadha".
- Prepare food for ancestors - Kheer, Puri, Vegetable. Take out Panchbali, feed Brahmins and donate food to the poor and needy.
