**Key Highlights of CTET 2026**

The CTET examination was conducted across the country on February 7 and 8, 2026.

More than 2.5 million (25 lakh) candidates appeared for the examination.

The provisional answer key was released on March 12, and objections were accepted until March 15.

The final results have been prepared after reviewing all the submitted objections.

**Minimum Qualifying Marks**

To qualify in CTET, candidates must secure a minimum of 60% marks.

Candidates belonging to the SC/ST, OBC, and *Divyang* (differently-abled) categories are granted a relaxation of 5%.

**Eligibility After Qualifying CTET**

Candidates who pass Paper 1: Eligible to teach classes 1 to 5.

Candidates who pass Paper 2: Eligible to teach classes 6 to 8.

Kendriya Vidyalayas (KVS)

Navodaya Vidyalayas (NVS)

Army Public Schools
