The weather department has predicted light rain in some areas on this day. Due to its effect, the people of the state can get some relief from the heat.

According to the Meteorological Department, heatwave has started in the state. The temperature in the state has crossed 40. According to the Jaipur Meteorological Center, due to the effect of north-eastern wind, there is a possibility of slight fluctuations in the temperature and clear skies in the state in the next two days. 

During this period, the maximum temperature of most cities can remain between 34 and 38 degrees Celsius. However, a slight drop in night temperature can be seen. According to Jaipur Meteorological Centre Director Radheshyam Sharma, there can be light rain in some areas on Wednesday. Due to its effect, the minimum temperature can fall by one to two degrees Celsius. 

40.6 degree Celsius temperature recorded in Barmer

According to the Meteorological Department, the maximum temperature of the state increased by 1 to 3.6 degrees Celsius on Sunday. The maximum temperature of Barmer crossed 40 degrees Celsius. The weather of the state will remain dry for the next two days. Due to this, the temperature may increase by up to 2 degrees Celsius. On Sunday, a temperature of 40.6 degrees Celsius was recorded in Barmer. The sky remained clear throughout the day in the capital Jaipur. The maximum temperature increased to 35.1 degrees Celsius.
