2 cups gourd grated

Coriander leaves 2 teaspoons

1 pinch asafoetida

salt to taste

2 cups oil

5 cups flour

How to make Lauki ki Puri?

To make Lauki ki Puri, first, wash and clean the bottle gourd.

Then peel it well and grate it well.

After this, sift the flour in a vessel and knead the dough by adding water as required.

Then add the grated bottle gourd to the flour and mix well.
