Mohammad Shami gets a big blow from Calcutta High Court, will have to pay Rs 4 lakh every month for maintenance of his wife and daughter

Mohammed Shami will have to pay Rs 4 lakh per month for the last 7 years. The lower court has been ordered to dispose of the case within 6 months. 

 

Cricketer Mohammed Shami has received a big shock from the Kolkata High Court. The court has ordered to pay Rs 4 lakh per month as maintenance expenses to his wife Haseen Jahan and daughter. Wife Haseen Jahan will have to pay Rs 1 lakh 50 thousand per month and daughter Rs 2 lakh 50 thousand per month.

According to the court's order, Mohammed Shami will have to pay Rs 4 lakh per month for the last 7 years. The lower court has been ordered to dispose of the case in 6 months.

 

 

Mohammed Shami had revealed a few days ago that he misses his daughter Ayra a lot and talks to her only occasionally. The cricketer revealed that Hasin Jahan does not allow Ayra to talk to him often, and also said that he does not get a chance to meet Ayra in person, as he and his wife do not talk. Let us tell you that Shami married Hasin Jahan in 2014, while Ayra was born in 2015.

2 years ago, Mohammad Shami's wife Hasin Jahan had even knocked the doors of the Supreme Court. The Kolkata High Court had rejected the petition to stay the arrest warrant issued against Shami by the local court, after which the cricketer's wife had taken this step.
