Shirshasana can be practiced to reduce stress. To do this asana, bend down take both hands behind the head, and keep the head down. While maintaining balance of the body, move the legs upwards. Maintain balance while standing on your head and become straight.

Balasana
By practicing Balasana, one can get relief from stomach-related problems and stress. Hair fall occurs due to stomach problems and stress. Therefore, Balasana can be beneficial for hair growth and thickening. To do this asana, bend your knees and sit in a Vajrasana posture. Now take a deep breath while moving your hands upward. Then while exhaling, bend the body forward. In this position, keep the head on the ground and the stomach on the thighs.

Trikonasana
If hair is graying prematurely, there is dryness in hair and hair looks thin due to excessive fall, then practice Trikonasana. To do this asana, stand with both the feet at some distance. Now raise your hands and shoulders upward, keeping them straight. Bending towards the right side, touch the foot with the right hand. During this, raise the left hand towards the sky. Regular practice of Uttanasana can reduce hair problems. To do this asana, stand straight. Now take a long breath move both hands upwards and exhale. Then move the hands down towards the ground and try to touch the toes of the feet.
