1. Take a healthy diet:

3. Stay hydrated.
Most of our body is made up of water, it not only keeps the body hydrated but also helps in removing dangerous toxins from the body. If you drink 7 to 8 glasses of water or similar quantity of healthy fluids daily, immunity will be boosted, which will reduce the risk of diseases to a great extent.
4. Get enough sleep:
To remain in good health and disease free, it is important for us to get enough sleep. Most experts recommend that a healthy adult sleep for 7 to 8 hours daily. Taking less sleep can have a negative impact on immunity.
5. Reduce stress:
It is natural to be afraid of a disease like Corona, but taking unnecessary tension and stress in your life can increase the risk of diseases. You should try to be as happy as possible, for this you can take the help of meditation.
