Split bread - 4
Boiled potatoes – 2-3
Gram flour – 3 tsp
Green chilli chopped - 2
Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
Kalonji - 1/2 tsp
Green coriander leaves - 2-3 tbsp
Oil - for frying
salt - as per taste
Prepare masala like this to make samosa
First of all, mash the boiled potatoes well. Now put oil in a pan. Now add fennel seeds and green chillies to it and fry for a few seconds. After this, put the mashed potatoes in the pan and fry them while stirring well. Fry well for a few minutes.
