Yoga is an effective way to get rid of spinal problems. According to a study, the problem of scoliosis can be relieved by just one yoga practice for 90 seconds at least three days a week. Side Plank (Vasishthasana)
Vashisthasana should be practiced when there is a problem with scoliosis. Practice side plank on the weak side of the spine. For the practice of this yoga, first, sit on the ground in a Dandasan posture. Then keeping the left hand on the ground put the body weight on it. Now place the left foot on the right foot and raise the right hand and place it on the thighs. While breathing in, stay in this position for a few moments. After exhaling, come back to a normal position.

If there is a pain in the back or spine, then do Marjari Asana. For its practice, keep the spine raised while coming on the knees and hands. While breathing in, move the head towards the ceiling and tilt the navel part of the body down. While exhaling, place the chin on the chest and lift the spine. Practice this asana four to five times.
Padahastasana
For the practice of this asana, stand straight on both your feet and keep your hands together with the body. Inhaling inwardly, take the hands above the head and stretch upwards. Then while exhaling keep the spine straight. During this, bend forward keeping the knees and hands straight. Now keep the hands on the floor or try to hold the ankles.
