The role of blood is important for a healthy body. Blood carries oxygen from the lungs to the cells and carries carbon dioxide from the cells to the lungs. It also transports nutrients such as glucose from food to the cells. Also, hormones reach the appropriate places in the body only through blood. However, due to lack of nutrition and many other reasons, blood-related disorders can occur, due to which the body is not able to function properly. Ujjayi Pranayama
The practice of Ujjai Pranayama increases the level of oxygen in the body. Digestion is improved by this yoga asana. Regular practice of Yogasana helps in the formation of red blood cells and the problem of anemia goes away. Also, there is relief from the thyroid.

How to practice Ujjayi Pranayama
Step 1- Relax the whole body by sitting in the position of Padmasana.
Step 2- Bring your attention to the throat while inhaling, imagine that the breath is coming from the throat.
Step 3- Breathing should be long and deep, do this for 10-15 minutes.

Suryabhedi pranayama
The practice of Suryabhedi Pranayama increases energy in the body and blood disorders can be reduced rapidly. These asanas help in the formation of red color cells. The practice of this yoga also gives relief from problems like asthma, cough, phlegm, sinus, heart, and piles.

How to do Suryabhedi Pranayama
Step 1- First of all, sit in the position of Padmasana or Sukhasana and straighten the waist, neck, and back.
Step 2- Place the fingers of the left hand on the left leg in Gyan Mudra and close the left nostril with the two fingers of the right hand.
Step 3- Now while breathing through the right nostril, close the right nostril with the fingers of both hands and hold the breath as per the capacity.
Step 4- Repeat this process 10 times.
