Method of Mayurasana

Step 2- Now keep both hands between the knees. Then keeping the elbow of the hand well on the stomach, keep the elbow left to the right of the navel.

Step 3- Straighten both legs by spreading them backward. While bending the body forward, try to bring the full weight of the body on both hands. Raise the body while balancing on the hands.

Step 4- During this, only the hands will be connected to the ground and the whole body will be in the air. According to capacity, one can remain in this pose for a long time. Again: Come to the starting position and keep your feet on the ground.
