Vashishthasana
You can practice Vasishthasana to reduce the fat on the arms. This asana helps reduce the fat of the waist. To do this asana, first make a plank pose. Then put the weight of the hands and legs on the right side. After that, raise the left leg and hand upwards and place the left toe on the right toe. Keep the left hand on your thighs. Stay in this position for a few moments while inhaling. Later, come to the plank position while exhaling.
Konasana
You can practice Konasana to reduce the fat on the thighs along with thick arms. To do this asana, first, stand straight. Take a long breath while keeping a distance between the legs and move the left hand upwards. While exhaling, bend the body to the left while bending the spine.
Turn the head to look upwards while pulling the left hand up and keep the elbows in a straight line. Breathe in return to the old posture and exhale as you bring your left hand down.
Malasana
You can practice Malasana regularly to make your legs toned. Malasana is an excellent posture to strengthen the thighs and legs. This asana helps in removing stiffness from the lower body. To do Malasana, stand in Tadasana position with a distance between the legs. Bend the knees in a squat position. Bend both arms forward and keep the knees inward. Now keep the hands near the heart in Namaste posture.
