How to make Dry Veg Manchurian
Add finely chopped capsicum, carrot, cabbage, and a little salt, and keep it aside for half an hour. After the fixed time, squeeze out its water and add 3-4 spoons of corn flour to it. Add half a teaspoon of black pepper, red chili powder, garam masala, and 1 teaspoon of ginger-garlic paste and mix them well. Now make small round balls from this mixture.

Now put oil in a pan and heat it on medium flame. After the oil is hot, put the balls in it and deep fry them. After that put some oil in a pan and add chopped garlic and green chilies and fry them. After this add chopped vegetables (carrot, cabbage, etc.) and cook for some time. After this add soy sauce, tomato sauce, red chili sauce, and green chili sauce and stir.

After this, dissolve one spoon of corn flour in a bowl and put it in a pan and cook for some time. Now put the fried balls in this mixture and mix well with the gravy and cook.
