Soft Drinks- According to the report of Healthline, most people drink soft drinks or soda drinks after eating. They think that with this the food will be digested properly and there will be no gas or indigestion whereas it is the opposite. Carbonated drinks i.e. soda, cold drinks, etc. already contain gas which further increases the problem of gas in the stomach. Due to this, bloating occurs in the stomach. Carbonated drinks contain a large amount of carbon dioxide, which itself is a gas.
2. Beans- Beans are a very nutritious food but beans are also not a good food for people with weak intestines. A sugar called alpha galactoside is found in some varieties of beans, which starts fermenting with the help of bacteria in the intestine. Too much gas is produced as its byproduct, which causes the problem of bloating.
3. Broccoli- Broccoli or cauliflower is also not a good food for those with weak intestines. Cauliflower contains alpha galactoside compound which increases gas and bloating. However, there is no problem for people whose digestive system is strong.
4. Lentils- lentils are considered a treasure of protein. Pulses are a very nutritious food but for those with weak intestines, it increases the problem of indigestion and gas. A lot of fiber is found in it, which takes a lot of time to digest, and due to this, bacterial fermentation starts increasing due to which gas keeps getting released.
5. Wheat Roti- Wheat Roti is generally the staple food in India. But it contains more gluten, so people who have celiac disease or have gluten sensitivity. There is problem of gas and bloating in celiac disease.
