- First of all, lie down straight.
- Keep your waist and hips near the wall and move your legs upward towards the wall.
- In this position, half of your body should be on the ground and your legs should be towards the sky.
- Taking support of the wall, you have to keep your feet upwards.
- Keep the rest of the body straight.
- Keep your hands near your head.
- After this, rotate your toes clockwise and then anti-clockwise.
- After this, open both the legs and spread them outwards.
- Then join both the legs again.
- Do this 10 times.
