  • To practice Shavasana, first lie down on your back by laying on a mat.
  • Now close your eyes and keep some distance between the legs. Keep your hands on the side as well and keep them a little away from the body.
  • Note that the palms of your hands are facing the sky.
  • Now close your eyes and try to focus your attention on different parts of the body, but during this time do not give any pressure on yourself and keep taking deep breaths.
  • You will feel more relaxed during this process. Also, you will feel your body more energetic.
  • You stay in this position for some time and then slowly move your arms and legs and come out of the posture.

AnulomVilom Pranayama

This is such a breathing pranayama, which helps remove anxiety and negative emotions after recovery from breast cancer.

  • To practice this asana, first of all, sit on a mat.
  • Now close your right nostril with your right thumb and breathe in with the help of the left nostril.
  • Now with the help of the ring finger, close the left nostril and leave it for a few seconds.
  • After this, open the right nostril and exhale.
  • Now breathe in through the right nostril and then close the nostril.
  • Now exhale through the left nostril.

Yogic deep breathing

When you do yogic deep breathing, it improves the flow of oxygen in the body. Due to this, you feel stress-free.

  • To do deep breathing, first of all, sit on a mat.
  • Try to relax mentally.
  • Now place one hand on your stomach and the other hand on your chest.
  • Now breathe slowly through your nose and fill your stomach with air.
  • If possible, hold it for a few seconds.
  • Now slowly exhale the air through your nose.
  • During this process, you will feel the stomach bloating and going down.
  • Do deep breathing like this again and again.
