Step 1
If you are eligible to get an Ayushman Card, then only you can join the scheme and apply for the benefits.
To apply, first of all, you have to go to your nearest public service center.
Step 2
By going here you have to meet the concerned officer, who makes the Ayushman card.
Then you are asked for related documents like an Aadhar Card, Ration Card, Residence Certificate, etc.
