Material :
1 cup cashews, 1 teaspoon butter, 2 bay leaves, chopped tomatoes, 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste, finely chopped green chilies, 1 teaspoon turmeric powder, 1 teaspoon chili powder, 1 teaspoon garam masala powder, salt to taste, ghee

Method :
First of all roast the cashews in ghee and take them out.

Now fry the tomatoes, and prepare puree by grinding them in a mixie.

Then heat ghee in a pan, now add chopped green chilies, ginger-garlic paste, and tomato puree and fry it.

Add turmeric and red chili powder to it as well.

Fry the spices well, then add fried cashews and salt to it.

Add water as required for the gravy, after boiling add butter and garam masala powder to it and turn off the gas.

Cashew Masala is ready.
