World Environment Day 2023: Teach children environmental protection, do this work to save nature

World Environment Day is celebrated every year on 5 June. Environment Day is celebrated to make people aware of the need for the conservation of nature and the purity of the environment. Increasing pollution hurts nature. The 21st century is a century of destruction because of the damage done to the environment.

Due to damage to nature, the risk of natural calamities like tsunamis, Earthquakes, landslides, and Snowfall increases. At present man himself is the biggest enemy of the environment. Every day many mistakes harm the environment. By controlling these mistakes, environmental protection can be done. Teach children about environmental protection. Here some mistakes are being told to be rectified to protect the environment. At the same time, tips are being given to teach children about the importance of the environment.

Use of AC
To get coolness on summer days, the use of AC increases. AC gives cool air but it pollutes the environment. Teach children about the ill effects of using AC. Also, reduce the use of AC yourself so that you can contribute to reducing pollution.

Use of plastic
Most people use plastic items, bottles, plastic disposable plates, etc. on a daily basis. These disposable items are causing the most damage to the environment. Tell the child about the harm caused by these. Plastic is not biodegradable. Burning plastic or the pressure inside the ground is also fatal.

Polythene
Polythene is very harmful to the earth and the environment. A chemical named polyurethane is found in polythene, which cannot be destroyed. Burning plastic pollutes the atmosphere. On the other hand, by pressing polythene in the ground, poisonous gas is produced. Stop using polythene yourself and encourage family members to use paper or cloth bags.

Plantation
Teach children to plant trees to make them aware of the environment and to maintain nature in its original form. Make them plant small plants and teach them to sprinkle water on those plants daily. Teach children to befriend plants so that they understand how important plants and the environment are for the protection of nature and their future.
