International Women's Day is celebrated on 8 March 2022. This day is dedicated to women all over the world. In today's time, women are making their mark in every field and it would not be wrong to say that today they are one step ahead of men. The life of women is full of struggle. She fulfils every responsibility to her daughter, daughter-in-law, mother, mother-in-law, and grandmother. A woman takes care of the health of every member present in the house but she ignores it when it comes to her health. But if she takes care of herself, she will stay healthy for a long time, because as they say, if health is right, everything is right. So let's know how a woman can take care of her health.
Reduce stress
It is normal to have stress or tension. It is felt when it becomes difficult to deal with a situation. When there is tension, adrenaline starts running throughout our bodies. The heart rate increases and the mental and physical awareness becomes very high. Stress directly affects our health. Experts believe that women take more stress than men. It is very common to take stress due to career and responsibility, but stress is not the solution to any problem. In such a situation, instead of taking stress, share your problems with your family members and try to solve them in time. Taking more stress increases the risk of infertility, depression, anxiety and heart disease in women. Stress can also be reduced with the help of meditation and yoga.
Drink more water
Keeping the body hydrated at all times is a sign of good health. We all know that about 60 per cent of the body is made up of water, which means that if the organs and cells of our body have to function well then the amount of water should be sufficient. So drink enough water for good health. Drinking more water supplies oxygen to the whole body, promotes skin health, removes body wastes and makes vitamins and minerals easily accessible to the body.
Sleep 7-8 hours
Experts say that getting enough sleep is very important. Normal sleep time in adults ranges from 7-9 hours. Lack of sleep does not give rest to the brain. This increases stress which has a direct impact on work efficiency. As a result, problems like anger, irritability and depression start. It is often seen by women that many times they stay awake late at night due to household work, studies or children and then get up early. Due to this their sleep is not complete. In such a situation, if women want to keep their health healthy, then take enough sleep.
