Ayushi Yadav, a famous dietician working at GIMS Hospital in Greater Noida, told that we should not eat some things in breakfast at all, otherwise health can be harmed.
1. Coffee
Many people have the habit of drinking coffee after waking up in the morning, even if they feel refreshed after consuming it, but it is not at all beneficial for health, drinking it on an empty stomach can have a bad effect on digestion. It is better to drink coffee only when your stomach is full.
2. White Bread
In a hurry to go to the office in the morning, we often like to eat white bread with tea, jam, or butter, but nutrients are less in white bread and its consumption also affects digestion. It is better that you make multigrain bread a part of breakfast.
3. Packaged Fruit Juice
Drinking fruits and their juices in the morning has always been considered beneficial for health, but some people consume packaged fruit juices available in the market. Leave this habit today because packed juices contain a high amount of preservatives and sugar, which can spoil our health.
4. Serials
In the last few years, the trend of eating cereals during breakfast has increased a lot, but it is not good for health because it is processed and prepared. The amount of whole grain in it is very less and the amount of sugar is more. Therefore, it increases the risk of diabetes, obesity, and heart attack.
5. Flavored Yogurts
Nowadays, the trend of eating flavored yogurts instead of curd for breakfast has increased a lot, but this food item has high sugar content which can increase our blood sugar levels. That's why do not consume it in the morning.
