1/2 cup any carrot

Maida 1 cup

powdered sugar 3/4 cup

condensed milk 3 tbsp

Baking powder 1/2 tsp

honey 1 tsp

Vanilla essence 1 tsp

butter 1 tsp

any carrot 1 cup

grated coconut 1 tsp

finely chopped nuts 1 tbsp

Mix all-purpose flour, baking powder, and sugar in a bowl and filter it. Now prepare the batter by mixing half a cup of carrot, vanilla essence, honey, and butter in it. Spread one tablespoon of batter from the prepared mixture on a nonstick pan without using a spoon. Cover and cook on low flame for 4 to 5 minutes. Cook till it turns golden from the other side as well, in the same way, prepare all the cakes.

Put butter in a pan and add some carrot and stir it well. Cook for 5-7 minutes while stirring continuously so that the carrot melts. Turn off the gas and mix dry fruits and coconut. Spread 1 tbsp filling in between two pancakes and place the second pancake. Similarly, prepare all the cakes. Cut it from the middle and serve.

Ingredients:

  • Full cream milk 1/2 liter
  • any carrot 1 cup
  • Milk powder 2 tbsp
  • Ghee 1 tsp
  • Sugar 1 tbsp
  • Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
  • Lime juice 1 tsp

Keep the milk boiling on the gas. When it starts boiling, add carrot and sugar and stir well. Add half a teaspoon of lemon juice and while stirring continuously add milk powder and cook on high flame till the mixture thickens. When the mixture stops sticking to the pan, add cardamom powder and ghee and fry for 5 minutes. After freezing the prepared mixture in a greased tray, cut it into square bites and serve.
