People who are citizens of India must have an Aadhaar card because in today's time it is a very important document to tell their identity. Aadhaar cards are issued to the citizens of India by the Unique Identification Authority of India i.e. UIDAI. This Aadhaar contains both biometric and demographic information of the cardholder. Apart from this, it becomes necessary to link a mobile number with the Aadhaar card because OTP comes on this registered mobile number. In such a situation, if no mobile number is linked to your Aadhaar card yet or you want to link a new mobile number to your Aadhaar card, then you can get it done. This is the way to link a mobile number with an Aadhaar card:-
Step 1
If you are also an Aadhaar cardholder and you have not yet linked any mobile number with your Aadhaar or want to update a new mobile number, then you can do it
For this, first of all, you have to go to the Aadhaar Seva Kendra
Here you have to make an appointment
Step 2
If you want, you can also make an appointment through this official link https://appointments.uidai.gov.in/bookappointment.aspx
Now that you have got an appointment, you have to go to the center on the date and time of the appointment
Here you have to take the correction form and fill it
Step 3
In this correction form, you have to fill in your name, 12-digit Aadhaar card number, and other things
Along with that, fill in the mobile number in the form that you want to update
Then submit this form to the concerned officer
Step 4
After this, your biometrics are taken
Then one of your photos is clicked
Finally, your mobile number is confirmed and updated
Within a few days, your mobile number is linked to your Aadhaar card.
