Cake lollies

Ingredients:

- 150 grams of cake crumbs

5 grams cream

15 grams malt tempered dark cooking chocolate

– 10 grams melted butter

– 5 grams of icing sugar

– 2-3 drops of vanilla essence

Take cake crumbs in a bowl.

Keep it in the fridge for 5-10 minutes.

Ingredients:

– 30 grams of coconut powder

– 15 grams of chocolate powder

– 40 grams of biscuit crumbs

-15 grams of condensed milk

– 10 grams melted butter

- pinch of cardamom powder

Ingredients:

- pinch of baking soda

– 15 grams of brown sugar

– 30 grams of castor sugar

- 1 tbsp milk

– 2-3 drops of vanilla essence

- 2 tbsp choco chips.

Mix all-purpose flour, baking powder, brown sugar, and castor sugar in a bowl. Then put butter in it.

Then add milk and prepare a soft dough. Now mix some square chips in it and shape it into cookies. After this, glaze it with some milk and butter and bake it for 10 minutes in a preheated 1500 centigrade oven. . Cool it and keep it in a container.

Ingredients:

- 2 cups whipped cream

150 grams of plain chocolate cake crumbs

1/2 cup seedless canned cherries

-100 ml cherry juice

- 2 tbsp chopped chocolate

-5 grams of cardamom powder

-15 grams chopped walnuts

- 50 grams of flour

– 40 grams of sugar

– 15 grams melted butter

- 1-2 tbsp milk

- 1 tbsp coconut flakes for garnishing

Salt as per taste.

Take coconut powder in a bowl and add baking powder, soda, and salt to it and mix well. Then mix flour, sugar, and butter in it and keep stirring till the mixture becomes like a powder.

Now knead a soft dough by adding milk to it and make balls keep them in an ovenproof tray and make them flat. Then in a preheated oven at 1500 centigrade

Bake for 10 minutes. Macaroons are ready. Sprinkle some coconut on top and bake for 2-3 more minutes to make the coconut light golden. serve chilled
