Eating peas in the winter season has its fun. But often the mind gets bored by eating the same type of vegetable. In such a situation, we will tell you the easy method of making Matar Ka Nimona, after eating which you will be licking your fingers.

Ingredients:
- a cup of green peas
- a boiled potato
- 1 cup tomatoes
- green coriander
- three finely chopped green chilies
- half teaspoon ginger paste
- half teaspoon cumin
- a pinch of asafoetida
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- half teaspoon turmeric
- half a teaspoon of red chili
- teaspoon garam masala
- salt to taste
- two tablespoons of mustard oil
process :
- First of all, grind the green peas with the help of a mixer and take them out in a vessel and keep it aside.
- Now cut the boiled potatoes into small thin pieces.
- After this, heat oil in a pan on the gas and add potatoes to it, and fry till it becomes light golden.
- Now take out the potatoes on a plate and fry them after adding cumin and asafoetida in the same oil.
- After this add coriander powder, turmeric, tomato, finely chopped green chilies, and ginger paste and fry it well.
- Now add ground peas and cook for a few minutes, then add a cup of water and add fried potatoes.
- After this add red chili powder, garam masala, and salt and cook it well.
Now garnish it with green coriander and serve it with roti or rice.
