Ingredients:

  • Water - 1 big cup
  • Milk - 1 big cup
  • Tea leaves - 2 tbsp
  • Ginger - 1-inch piece
  • coarsely ground Jaggery - 4 tbsp
  • Green cardamom - 2

Tips

To make jaggery tea, pour hot milk instead of cold milk into the tea.

process :

To make jaggery tea, first, keep the milk warm. After that put a cup of water in a tea maker on the second gas and wait for it to boil on medium flame.

After the milk starts boiling, turn off the gas and after the water starts boiling, add ginger, green cardamom, and jaggery to it and mix it with a spoon. Cook till the jaggery melts.

As soon as it melts. Add tea leaves to it and cook on low heat till it starts boiling.

Then pour warm milk in it and cook the tea on medium heat.

After a boil, turn off the gas. After adding milk, the tea should not be cooked too much, otherwise, the tea will curdle.

Turn off the gas as soon as the tea comes to a boil on medium heat.

Your jaggery tea is ready.
