Chilla is one of the most loved breakfast dishes in India. It can be sweet or salty. Chilla is not only tasty but also does not take much time to prepare.

06) Beetroot Chilla Recipe

Method :

First cut the beetroot and make it puree. In a bowl add gram flour, beetroot puree, red chili powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix all these well. Now add some fruit salt to the batter. (This will help in making the cheela light and fluffy.) Spread a ladleful of batter on the pan and let it cook for 2-3 minutes. Once done, turn the cheela over and cook on the other side. Beetroot cheela is ready.
