One of these is sweet potato. It is considered very beneficial to eat it in winter. Vitamin B6, Vitamin-D, magnesium, potassium, iron and many other nutrients are found in it.

How to make

See, it is very easy to make chaat, for this we just have to wash the sweet potato well and keep it for boiling. It would be better if you boil the sweet potato chaat in a cooker. Your work will be done easily in one to two whistles.

  • When the sweet potato boils, turn off the gas and take it out of the water and keep it in a bowl to cool down. By this much, you will have prepared all the ingredients, like taking out the spices or whipping the curd.
  • When the sweet potato cools down, peel it and cut it into small pieces and put it in a bowl. Now add all the spices like salt, red chilli powder, chaat masala, black pepper powder etc. and mix it well.
  • Now mix lemon juice, curd and tamarind water in it and serve it with chaat by adding pomegranate seeds or besansev on top. You can also use chana dal to enhance the taste.

  • 2- Sweet potato (boiled)
  • 1 tsp- salt
  • 1 tsp - red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp - chaat masala
  • 1/2 tsp- black pepper powder
  • 2 spoons - of lemon juice
  • 2 spoons - curd
  • 2 tbsp - tamarind water

Method to prepare -

Step 1

Wash the bitter gourd thoroughly and boil it for two whistles.

Step 2

When the sweet potato cools down, peel it and cut it into small pieces.

Step 3

Add all the spices like salt, red chilli, chaat masala, black pepper powder, etc. to it and mix it well.

Step 4

Then add lemon juice, curd and tamarind water and serve with chaat.
