The easiest way to dry wet shoes when there is no sunlight for a long time is by running a fan. First, you take out the bands and take out the insoles, and put them under the ceiling fan along with the shoes, if you want to dry faster then put these things in front of a table fan.

You can also dry wet shoes with the help of a hair dryer. You turn on the intensity mode and move it toward the inside of the shoe. Remember to avoid the dryer at all costs when blowing air on the outsole of the shoe, lest the intensity damage the outsole.
