Try to stay away from stress

Walk 10,000 steps every day

Therefore, start walking 10000 steps daily from today itself. You can initially walk 100 or 500 steps. Gradually include walking 10,000 steps in your routine.
Have dinner before 8 o'clock
Eating dinner early and not having too heavy dinner is very important for weight loss. According to experts, to lose weight, dinner should be had around 7 o'clock and there should be a gap of about 12 hours between dinner and breakfast. Having dinner early gives the body time to digest it. There should be a gap of about 2 hours between your sleep and dinner time.
