- Green Moong Dal- 2 tbsp
- Ragi – 1 tablespoon
- Tomato- 1
- Beans- 3 to 4
- Water- 400 ml
- Rock salt- as per taste
- Black pepper – a pinch
- Pumpkin seeds- 1 teaspoon
- Sunflower seeds- 1 teaspoon
- Walnuts- 1 whole
Soup Recipe
- Soak the pulses for 1 hour beforehand.
- Now put the pressure cooker on gas, and add water to it.
- Now add soaked lentils, vegetables, black pepper, salt and cook for 2 to 4 whistles.
- Now add the ragi mixture to the cooked dal.
