Ingredients to make Amritsari Paneer Tikka
Paneer cubes 20 to 25
Roasted gram flour half cup
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Ajwain 1/4 tsp
Red chilli powder 1 tsp
Chaat masala 1/2 tsp
oil as needed
salt to taste
How to make Amritsari Paneer Tikka
To make Amritsari Paneer Tikka, first cut the paneer into square pieces.
After this, put gram flour in a pan and fry it lightly.
Now add roasted gram flour, celery, red chilli powder, and chaat masala in a mixing bowl
Add ginger garlic paste, two spoons of oil and salt as per taste and mix it well.
After this add two spoons of water to it and make it a fine paste.
When the thick mixture is ready, put paneer pieces in it, wrap the prepared paste in it and leave it to marinate.
Meanwhile, heat the oil in a pan. When the oil becomes hot, add marinated paneer pieces and deep fry them.
