A healthy dish for weight loss
Ingredients required
- Hung Curd – 1 big cup
- Grated carrots – 1/4 cup
- Grated Cucumber – 1/4 cup
- Soaked chia seeds – 1 tsp
- Black salt and black pepper 1 pinch
- Roasted cashews and peanuts 1 teaspoon each
- Curry leaves 4-5
- Cumin- 1 tsp
- Mustard – 1 tsp
- Ghee- 1 tsp
Method
- Mix everything in curd.
- Mix it well till smooth consistency.
- Now take a pan.
- Heat ghee in it.
- Add mustard, cumin and curry leaves to it.
- You can also add dry red chilli to it.
- Mix this tadka in your main dish.
- Your healthy dinner is ready.
