3. Stay hydrated
Hypotension patients should keep drinking an adequate amount of water, especially before exercising or going out in the sun in hot weather. By doing this you can avoid unwanted risks because water maintains your blood volume during physical activities.
4. Keep an eye on body signals
Pay attention to the symptoms seen in your body, especially during exercise and heavy work. If you feel faint, tired, dizzy, and lightheaded, you should immediately leave everything and rest and contact a doctor.
5. Don't take stress
Even nowadays, stress or tension is common due to a busy life and the burden of responsibilities, but this is not at all good for a low BP patient. Therefore, do not try to put unnecessary pressure on your mind, and always try to be happy.
