Ingredients to make Crispy Bhindi Easy Recipe
Okra - half kg
Gram flour – 1/4 cup
Rice flour - 1/4 cup
Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder – 1/2 tsp
Turmeric - 1/4 tsp
Kashmiri red chilli powder - 1 tsp
Chaat masala - 1/2 tsp
Lemon juice - 1 tsp
oil - as needed
salt - as per taste
Crispy Bhindi Recipe
To make crispy bhindi, first, wash the bhindi thoroughly, wipe it well and dry it.
Cut the bhindi into whatever shape you want, round or long.
Add turmeric, red chilli, cumin powder, coriander powder and chaat masala to marinate.
Now add 1 tsp lemon juice and a little salt to it, mix it well, and keep it for 10 minutes.
Now add rice flour to the bhindi and mix well.
After this, put oil in a pan and heat it on medium flame.
Once the oil is hot, add the coated bhindi and deep fry it well.
While stirring, fry the bhindi on medium flame.
When your bhindi becomes crisp and golden, turn off the gas.
Now put the bhindi on the kitchen paper and leave it for some time, so that its extra oil comes out.
Now sprinkle spices on top and serve your guest.
