2 cups moong dal
1-2 tomatoes
1/2 beetroot
1 carrot
1 capsicum
1-2 green chilies
1 onion
1 tsp ginger chopped
1/4 cup coriander leaves chopped
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp chaat masala
1/2 tsp turmeric
4 tbsp oil
Salt to taste

How to make Moonglets? (How To Make Moonglet)
To make moonglets, first of all, clean and wash the moong dal.
Then keep the lentils soaked in water for about 2 hours.
After this, wash and cut beetroot, tomato, and all other vegetables.
Then put these chopped vegetables in a mixing bowl.
After this, put the soaked moong dal in a mixer jar and grind it coarsely.
Then you add ginger pieces and some water to it.
After this, grind the lentils once and make a thick paste.
Then take out the dal paste in a bowl and keep it.
After this, add turmeric and baking soda to this paste.
Then mix it well while whipping it.
After this, put some oil on a nonstick pan/tawa and heat it.
Then take moong batter in a small bowl and pour it into the center of the griddle.
