For this, we consume watery fruits and vegetables, like cucumber, watermelon, orange, mango, grapes, etc. These watery fruits and vegetables are very beneficial in summer, but they cause harm to you due to some health problems. Therefore, it is better to consume it thoughtfully and in small quantities.

Kidney problems
Watermelon helps you to cool down and stay fresh in this scorching heat. Rich in health treasures, this watermelon contains high amounts of fiber, potassium and water content. By consuming one cup of watermelon, the body gets approximately three cups of fluid. However its excessive quantity can increase kidney problems. Also, consumption of some other summer fruits should be avoided, because the elements present in these fruits can increase kidney disease, such as orange, banana, melon, and grapes. In diabetes
Diabetic patients do not understand which fruits they should consume. Therefore, many times they unknowingly eat fruits that are quite harmful to them, like mango, banana, watermelon, sapota, etc. These fruits are available in abundance in the summer season, but they are not at all healthy for diabetic patients. These contain high amounts of sugar, especially in mango and sapota. Therefore one should avoid eating them. The natural sugar present in these fruits is not good for diabetic patients, hence consumption of these fruits should be avoided and other options should be found to stay hydrated.

In case of diarrhea
In case of diarrhea, you should also stay away from such fruits. Also, during this season, many types of juices are prepared at home, but those suffering from diarrhea should not consume them, because they contain fructose i.e. natural sugar. Water-filled fruits like watermelon contain high amounts of vitamins and minerals, due to which it can cause harm to diarrhea patients. Also, the amount of fructose present in it can make the problem of diarrhea serious. Apart from this, due to the high water content present in these fruits, the problem of passing urine frequently increases, due to which one has to face fluid loss.

Too much is always harmful
Naturopathy doctor Dr. Ramakant Dwivedi says we should consume fruits according to the season, but excess of any kind is harmful. Therefore, never consume seasonal fruits in large quantities with the thought of staying hydrated for a long time, which can harm you. You should consume these fruits in the right quantity. Excessive consumption of hydrated fruits available during summer puts stress on your kidneys, due to which it difficult for the kidneys to do their work. Along with this, the pancreas of women who have diabetes does not function properly. In such a situation, there is a greater possibility of sugar increase due to fruits. Apart from this, women suffering from diarrhea should also avoid it.
