Scheme and its benefits
If you are eligible under this Ayushman scheme, then your Ayushman card is made. After this, the cardholder can get free treatment up to Rs 5 lakh in the listed hospitals.
If you are on this list, you are eligible to get the card made:-
The Ayushman card can be made for those people who are landless, if there is a disabled member in your family, if your house is unbuilt if you are destitute, or a tribal.
Apart from this, those people are also eligible for the scheme, who are daily wage laborers, people who come from Scheduled Castes or Tribes and people who live in rural areas, etc.

If you are eligible, go to your nearest Jan Seva Kendra and meet the concerned officer there
After this give your documents, which are verified
After verification, your application is submitted.
