Sweating is common in the summer season, but due to sweating on the feet, it smells very bad. Sometimes due to this one has to feel embarrassed because of the bad smell.
Rice water will work
Rice water is beneficial for hair and skin. Its use not only results in hair growth but also improves the skin. If you are troubled by the smell coming from your feet, then you should use rice water. With its regular use, the feet will not smell.
What to do?
- Add water to the rice.
- Leave the rice to soak for about 1 hour.
- Now filter the rice water.
- Soak your feet in this water for 10-15 minutes.
- By using rice water twice a week, the feet will not stink.
Get rid of bad breath with black tea
Black tea contains tannic acid, which inhibits the growth of foul-smelling bacteria. It helps in closing the pores of the feet.
What to do?
- Boil two black tea bags in water for about 15 minutes.
- Remove the bag and mix the tea with water.
- Leave this mixture to set for some time.
- Soak your feet in this water for about half an hour.
Keep these things in mind
- You should clean your feet at least twice a day. Use an anti-bacterial soap to clean your feet. After washing the feet, wipe them thoroughly.
- Avoid wearing footwear made of plastic. Instead, buy shoes that have mesh panels.
- Let the shoes dry thoroughly. If there is moisture in the shoes, it will cause your feet to smell.
- Dirty socks are one of the main reasons for foot odour. Don't wear dirty socks. Change socks daily.
- Essential can be used to get rid of foot odour. The scent of lavender oil is very nice. It also works to kill bacteria. Apply oil on the feet and massage every night before sleeping.
- Why must do a pedicure at home once a week by yourself? Dead skin is removed by getting a pedicure done. Plus, your feet look beautiful. You do not need to go to the parlour for this. You can easily do a pedicure in just a few steps.
- You can use anti-fungal foot spray. This will not cause any kind of infection in your feet. You will find this spray easily in the market.
- To keep the feet clean and healthy, also clean them with a foot scrub once a week. It is also necessary to moisturize the feet well so that it does not crack.
