Jaundice: Jaundice is a medical condition which we know as jaundice. In this, the colour of the person's eyes and skin starts turning yellow. This is a serious problem which can happen to people of any age, from newborn to newborn. Due to jaundice, the white part of your eyes, membranes, face and skin of the body gradually start turning yellow.
Deficiency of which vitamin causes jaundice?
According to experts, jaundice occurs when there is too much of a substance called bilirubin in the body, which affects the liver, thus weakening the ability of the liver to function. Bilirubin spreads in the body due to which the person becomes a victim of jaundice. According to health experts, some vitamins are responsible for the problem of increased bilirubin and jaundice. According to experts, this problem can also occur due to a deficiency of Vitamin K in the body.
Vitamin K deficiency causes blockage of the bile duct, preventing bilirubin from leaving the liver. At the same time, deficiency of Vitamin K also increases bleeding which leads to anemia.
Jaundice can also occur due to a deficiency of Vitamin B12. When there is a deficiency of Vitamin B12, there is also a deficiency of red blood cells. And bilirubin is formed when red blood cells begin to be destroyed.
