According to the doctor, the scientific name of this vitamin is cobalamin. It is especially stored in the liver and performs many important functions of the body. Vitamin B12 plays an important role in the development of brain and nerve cells. If there is a deficiency of it in the body, not only adults but also children and youth can become victims of this disease. In this disease, the ability to think and understand is badly affected. Experts say that increasing the amount of this vitamin from an early age can keep your brain healthy.
